    No returns or exchanges on this item, except for products that arrive damaged. Please take photos of damage opon arrival in the event that there is damage, so we can claim it with the post office and provide an exchange.

    We use USPS ground shipping or priority shipping depending on weight. Once shipped, items should arrive between 1-7 days. You will receive an email notifying you of your shipment, as well as tracking information.

    We are a tiny operation, and can only carry a limited stock. We promise it will be worth the wait! (Sometimes our shipping times are much faster, it just depends on the very busy life of the wonderful helpers who create and ship our products!)
